Alva & Shire Court Residents
If you live in Alva or Shire Court, as well as objecting to the current planning permission there may be a few additional things that you want to know about. I too live on the estate and are keen for Family Mosaic to hold a consultation meeting with us all, to allow us to have some input in what agreements they are making with Lower Clapton LLP, for anyone that moves into the unit about and how it would people living there.
This includes:
- The usage of the 3 parking spaces on the estate
- Access to the bins store and how this effects residential refuse
- What additional traffic would come in and out of the estate
- How the back doors to the unit will be used
